Credit cards and Cash are the only accepted forms of payment for on-site registration.The registration desk is open during the conference, according to the following schedule.

Additional Information
• Those of who have paid the registration fee will have access to all demo sessions, workshops, tutorials, exhibitions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet, and all of the other official events associated with AsiaHaptics 2018 with no other designated fee.

Methods of Payment

  1. Credit Card: Payment can only be made via Visa, Master, and JCB only.
  2. Bank Transfer: Bank transfer should be made to the account specified below in the applicable amount.
    Please ensure that the sender’s name matches exactly to the registrant’s name. All bank remittance charges must be paid by the sender.

Confirmation Process

  • If you have paid the registration fee with a credit card, a Registration Confirmation message will automatically be sent to the registered e-mail address.
  • Fees must be transferred under the name of the registrant.
  • The participants are responsible of the additional fees that occur during remittance.
  • Receipt of remittance must be sent to the e-mail (secretary2018@asiahaptics.org) for confirmation.

Refund for Cancellation Schedule

  • 90% of the paid registration fee is refunded for the cancellations made by or before October 20, 2018 (Pacific Time)
  • 50% of the paid registration fee is refunded for the cancellations made between October 21-31, 2018 (Pacific Time)
  • No refunds will be available after November 1, 2018. (Pacific Time)
  • * All refunds will be made after the conference. For refunds executed with bank transfer, handling fees will be deducted from the returned amount.
