{"id":1829,"date":"2018-10-31T15:42:16","date_gmt":"2018-10-31T06:42:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/asiahaptics.org\/?page_id=1829"},"modified":"2020-03-10T14:52:32","modified_gmt":"2020-03-10T05:52:32","slug":"demos","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/asiahaptics.org\/2018\/demos\/","title":{"rendered":"Demos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Demos<\/h2>\n<div class=\"div-container\">\n<div class=\"div-content\">\n<h4>Instruction of Presentation<\/h4>\n<p>Two types of presentation will be presented on Asia haptics 2018: 81 Live demo presentations and 15 video presentations.<br \/>\nPlease read the following introductions carefully for your presentation on Asiahaptics 2018.<\/p>\n<div class=\"divbox01\">\n<h5>(1) Live Demo Presentation<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>20~30 demo presentations will be presented during the \u2018Live Demo Presentation Session.\u2019<\/li>\n<li>The session will be held as a <strong>live-broadcasting<\/strong> event and the presenters will present their demo for <strong>2 minutes<\/strong> in front of a camera.<\/li>\n<li>Live demonstration will be broadcasted on the main screen in the conference room.<\/li>\n<li>The session <strong>chair<\/strong> may spend additional <strong>1 minute<\/strong> to introduce a demo, asking questions and moving between demos.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstration schedule is posted on the conference website (<a href=\"\/2018\/program\/\">https:\/\/asiahaptics.org\/2018\/program\/<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>All presenters should demonstrate their systems for 3 hours core time for other participants.<br \/>\nCore time for demos in Session I &amp; II (D1A1~A30, D1P1~P26) is Thursday. Core time for demos in the session III (D2A1~A25) is Friday.<br \/>\nBut we strongly recommend that all presenters\u2019 demonstrates their systems for 2 days in order to share your excellent achievement with all participants.<\/li>\n<li>A board for a printed poster, 1m x 1.5m, will be provided for each demo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For invited demos<\/strong>, D1P1~D1P5, <strong>5 minutes<\/strong> will be given for live broadcasting of demos, descriptions, sharing know-hows and etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>(2) Video Presentation<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>15 video demos, D2V1~D2V15, will be played in the &#8216;Video Presentation Session.&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>The session is a <strong>podium talk<\/strong> and a video demo presenter must submit a file via email to the secretariat that includes a video formatted as <strong>\u2018.pptx\u2019<\/strong> format file including videos to secretariat (<a href=\"mailto:secretary2018@asiahaptics.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">secretary2018@asiahaptics.org<\/a>) before 13 Nov.<\/li>\n<li>A presentation should be completed in <strong>2 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstration schedule is posted on the conference website (<a href=\"\/2018\/program\/\">https:\/\/asiahaptics.org\/2018\/program\/<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Core time for video demos for visitors is Friday and a video should be played on the demo table.<\/li>\n<li>A board for a printed poster, 1m x 1.5m, will be provided for each demo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"div-content\">\n<h4>Demo Schedule<\/h4>\n<p>To Click Here to Check the Demo Schedule. <a href=\"\/2018\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/AsiaHaptics2018_FinalProgram.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">CLICK!<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"div-content\">\n<h4>Demo Layout<\/h4>\n<p><center><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/2018\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Demo-Layout_20181107.jpg\" alt=\"Demo Layout\" style=\"width:80%;\"><br \/>\n<\/center>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Demos Instruction of Presentation Two types of presentation will be presented on Asia haptics 2018: 81 Live demo presentations and 15 video presentations.
